Applications of BBa_K2760019
The aplication of this signal peptide is meant to be attached to a recombinant protein to enable their secretion.
This particular construct was created to characterize the efficiency of the signal peptide DsbAss.
The team iGEM18 Tec GDL managed to run western blots and electrophoresis as a way to characterize this construct. (http://2018.igem.org/Team:TecMonterrey_GDL/GeneticE). Since it has a His-Tag, it was detected on the Western Blot assays.
